Trembling Shock Seminar - Montreal - August 28, 2026

Trembling Shock
Strength and Conditioning for Martial Artists and Combat Athletes
Build strength that transfers to the fight.
Trembling Shock gives martial artists, fighters, coaches, and trainers the tools to build greater strength, striking power, speed, conditioning, mobility, and resilience—without changing the athlete’s style or interfering with technical practice.
We are not here to replace your coach or tell you how to fight.
We are here to make what you already do more powerful, more efficient, and more repeatable.
You will learn how to:
Hit harder. Move faster. Maintain power deeper into the round. Recover more quickly. Keep your technique when fatigue and pressure rise.
A hard workout can make anyone tired. That does not automatically make someone a better athlete.
Trembling Shock is built around a simple rule:
If a method does not improve performance, it does not belong in the program.
During this hands-on course, you will learn how to combine kettlebells, bodyweight training, jumping, running, mobility, and specialized conditioning methods into practical programs that support martial arts and combat-sport training rather than compete with it.
No Martial Arts Experience Is Required
You do not need to be a martial artist or fighter to attend.
Strength coaches and personal trainers will learn how to identify the physical demands of a martial art or combat sport and build training around those demands.
You will not be expected to teach fighting techniques.
You will learn how to improve the physical qualities that support them.
You do not need to know how to fight. You need to know how to make the fighter stronger without getting in the way of the fight coach.
You will also learn the questions to ask before writing a program for a martial artist, fighter, or combat-sport athlete.
Create an Immediate Increase in Striking Power
Participants will learn how to create a noticeable, often immediate increase in striking power and impact by applying:
  • Irradiation
  • Feed-forward tension
  • Bracing
  • Full-body linkage
  • Precise timing of tension and relaxation
These methods teach you how to connect the feet, hips, trunk, and upper body into one coordinated unit at the moment of impact.
You will learn how to create tension at the right time without becoming slow, stiff, or overly tense.
The result is greater impact without sacrificing speed, fluidity, or range of motion.
What You Will Learn
You will learn how to:
  • Develop usable strength for striking, kicking, grappling, throwing, and movement
  • Turn foundational strength into explosive athletic power
  • Improve striking power through irradiation, feed-forward tension, and precise bracing
  • Build repeatable power that lasts through the round, match, or training session
  • Improve conditioning without creating dead legs or interfering with skill practice
  • Apply the same principles to grappling, clinch work, throwing, positional strength, and repeated high-force efforts
  • Maintain speed, precision, and technical quality under fatigue
  • Select exercises based on the demands of the athlete’s style or sport
  • Organize strength and conditioning around classes, sparring, pad work, grappling, and competition
  • Identify whether an athlete needs more strength, more power, more conditioning, or better recovery
  • Avoid programming that leaves athletes unnecessarily slow, stiff, sore, or exhausted
You will leave with methods you can apply immediately to your own training or begin using with students, fighters, and clients.
Who Should Attend?
Trembling Shock is designed for:
  • Martial artists from any style or system
  • Recreational martial artists who want better physical preparation
  • Competitive fighters and combat-sport athletes
  • Boxers, kickboxers, wrestlers, grapplers, and MMA athletes

  • Martial arts instructors and school owners
  • Strength and conditioning coaches
  • Personal trainers
  • Kettlebell instructors
  • Athletic-performance coaches
  • Trainers who want to work with martial artists and fighters
You do not need to compete to benefit.
Traditional martial artists, recreational students, instructors, and serious athletes can all apply the material.
Hands-On, Practical, and Scalable
This is a hands-on educational course, not a punishment workout.
The goal is not to exhaust participants or leave them unable to train the following day.
Every drill is coached, scalable, and selected for its practical transfer to martial performance.
You will experience the methods, understand why they work, and learn how to adjust them for different athletes and ability levels.
