Flexible Steel Level 2 builds on the Level 1 foundation and takes you deeper into the relationship between mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength.
You will learn how to use targeted mobility to address specific restrictions instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll discover how to put more strength into your stretch, so the range you gain becomes something you can actually control and use.
You’ll also explore the benefits of loaded mobility—using resistance to help build strength through larger ranges of motion and make those ranges more durable and functional.
Level 2 also expands into balance and body control. You’ll work with methods designed to improve stability, coordination, and confidence in challenging positions, helping you move more effectively both in training and in everyday life.
The goal is not simply to stretch farther. It is to create usable range of motion backed by strength, control, and awareness.
You’ll develop more strength for your reach—and more reach for your strength.
For coaches, Level 2 adds new tools for identifying limitations, selecting the right mobility strategy, and helping clients make measurable progress. For athletes, it provides a way to improve movement quality without sacrificing strength or performance.
More range. More strength. Better balance. Greater control.
